It's the beginning of the new year again, and for many of us it's a time when we start thinking about losing weight and getting healthy. The new year is a good time to lose weight, with the thought of long summer days and holidays ahead of us.

Exercise.
Jon does recommend some exercise, such as brisk walking or using the exercise bike, which he suggests can be quite enjoyable if you're watching your favourite tv show.

I think one of the most frustrating parts of a diet is calorie counting. Calorie counting is boring, and lets face it, most of us just don't have the time for this. The Every Other Day Diet doesn't use calorie counting. Jon Benson has developed a system called SNAPP, which he originally used for himself.
